Validation Updates

Sheep and Goat validation dates:
October 22 - Levelland Ag Farm at 4:30 PM
October 28 - Smyer Ag Farm 4:30 PM
October 29 - Ropes Ag Shop 4:30 PM

**Please take note of these important updates on procedure!**

Families will need to come get their paperwork from the table first. They will need to fill it out at their vehicle, then return it to the table. It will be placed in the order that it is turned in. Once they have turned in their paperwork they will need to return to their vehicle or pens and wait to be called to the rack to have their animals validated. At the time of validation, you will need to have both students and parents there so all the paperwork is filled out correctly and all signatures are on the paperwork. All families will need to have all breeding papers ready to turn it at the time of validation, with no exceptions. You will also need to have your TLBA tags ready at the time of validation.
